Workshops in-home, for the workplace, or for a community group.
There is a lot going on in our world right now, and even when there isn’t, being prepared for minor to major events can only be a good thing - there are no downsides. Being prepared, and having considered scenarios and what to do does not mean worrying and being afraid all the time - in fact, it’s the opposite. By thinking, planning, and preparing, the vast majority of the fear associated with a situation has been addressed, and you will be in a much better position to handle a given situation or event.
If you do any of the following things, you are already preparing:
check the weather before leaving home
have bandaids in a bag or car or desk drawer
check traffic before a long drive or commute
maintain your vehicle
bring water and / or snacks with you when you leave home
(you get the idea)
There are many other relatively common situations that occur for which you could be prepared fairly easily - it just takes a bit of guidance and effort. These workshops focus on both preparedness for these common situations (risks), and on personal preparedness in the form of self-defence. These are not martial arts classes; that is something else entirely. These workshops cover minor behavioural changes, thought processes, instincts, self-defence items, and basic self-defence moves.
